Data Security
Security is an operating discipline.
EasyFiling Inc. maintains a Written Information Security Plan in accordance with the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314) and aligned to IRS Publication 4557. A designated Qualified Individual oversees the program, which is reviewed at least annually.
Our safeguards include:

Multi-factor authentication and role-based access limit information to those with a business need.
Auditable activity
Access to customer information is recorded through audit logging and routine review.
Document protection
Every uploaded document is scanned for malware before it enters our workflow.

Financial Data, Updates & Contact
When you connect financial accounts, we use Plaid Inc. to securely retrieve and verify only the financial data needed for the service you request. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, is not sold to third parties, and access can be revoked through your account settings or by contacting security@easyfiling.com.
We may update this Policy periodically and will post updates with a revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or account notification.
